The construction of a new Day Spa has an estimated completion date of 1st September 2008. Work adheres to a ‘no noise policy' between 1630 to 0800 daily. The work area is located towards the rear of the resort and is screened off and therefore not intrusive. Ther current Day Spa facilities are still operating for guests to enjoy while staying at the Resort.

Cable Beach Club Resort will close over February 2009 to continue upgrading the property with extensive renovations. All hotel operations will cease over this period.

Collected by Lord Alistair McAlpine, original paintings by Sir Sydney Nolan, Elizabeth Durack and Humphrey Price-Jones and others add a further dimension of elegance to the resort.
